To offer to the membership of CCPR the services of Relkin Construction Limited to Design and Build Low Cost Sports Facilities.
Feasibility
Relkin will provide a speculative feasibility study of the members requirements comprising concept plans and elevations, and budget cost information, together with experienced advice relating to possible financial grants, fundings etc.
Design & Fixed Price Offer
Upon the member agreeing to underwrite a 'design fee" for the project, Relkin will prepare detailed drawings, full specification and a detailed contract cost analysis. This fee would only be payable should the project go ahead.
Planning Application
Relkin can provide a 'Full Planning Application" service and obtain all necessary consents, again subject only to an agreed fee being underwritten within the building costs.
Tender Procurement
Relkin will allow the Employer to use its design and specification to obtain competitive tenders.
Detailed Design
Following the members 'letter of intent" a full quality assured design including Building Regulation approval. Site Survey and Ground Investigation, all carried out by suitably qualified professionals.
Construction
After Relkin's possession of the site, a building contract with full "hands on" supervision working to the agreed contract programmes, ensuring that tfje project is completed on time and within budget.
